• Flexible scheduling for global students

2. Enrollment & Payments

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment

• Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected package

• Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

3. Class Scheduling & Attendance

• Class schedules are mutually agreed upon

• Any rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance

• Missed classes without prior notice may not be compensated

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Trial or assessment sessions are non-refundable

• Paid packages are generally non-refundable once classes begin

• Refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of Zest Digital Education

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes on time

• Maintain respectful behavior

• Follow academic instructions

• Complete assigned tasks and practice work

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension of services.

6. Parent Responsibilities

Parents/guardians must:

• Ensure a proper learning environment

• Support regular attendance

• Communicate concerns promptly

• Monitor progress shared by instructors

7. Intellectual Property

• All teaching materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and recordings belong to Zest Digital Education

• Materials may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission

8. Technology & Connectivity

Zest Digital Education is not responsible for:

• Internet issues

• Device malfunctions

• Platform outages beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for academic improvement, results may vary based on student effort, consistency, and learning abilities.
Zest Digital Education is not liable for academic outcomes beyond reasonable teaching efforts.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Fees remain unpaid

• There is misuse of services or materials

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
